YAH FITTS, CO-FOUNDER
Oversees business planning and marketing with ePo!nt. Yah also directs national and international advanced training and practice advisement.
Yah is managing director at a dental practice in West Los Angeles, California. In this capacity, she enjoys developing and implementing creative solutions to administrative, patient care, and HR challenges. Her previous work-related experiences are in the plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology industries, both in clinical and administrative capacities.
Yah possesses her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management. Her education also includes B.S in Business Management with over twelve years dedicated to general departmental administration and managing clerical and clinical office staff; as well as BS in International Business.
Yah is originally from Alaska and currently lives bi-coastally in both Los Angeles and Honduras. She is the proud owner of a long-haired son and two naked cats.
DR. ABDI SAMENI, CO-FOUNDER
Provides one-on-one training for business and chairside development of all placed DDS talent with ePo!nt. Dr. Abdi also assists the CEO on all matters that relate to finance forecasting and cost-benefit-analysis.
Dr. Abdi Sameni is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dentistry and a 1991 graduate of Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. He is the chairman and developer of the ‘USC International Restorative Dentistry Symposium’ for the Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC.
Dr. Abdi lectures nationally and internationally on topics related to interdisciplinary biomimetic and esthetic dentistry as well as various aspects of patient and practice dynamics and its applications for dentistry.
Dr. Abdi is Past-President of the USC Dental Alumni Association, past-president of the USC Century Club and a member of the Board of Counselors for the USC School of Dentistry. When he is not educating or treating his patients, you will find Abdi tending to his furry babies, Baily and Avery.
